Refunds & Returns Policy
All of my jewelry is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique nature of each piece, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. I’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer either a replacement (if possible) or a full refund.
Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Helcim or PayPal).
- I am not responsible for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents after delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
