How It Works
If you’re interested in a custom design, please reach out through my Contact page with a description of what you’re looking for — including colors, materials, size preferences, or inspiration photos if you have them.
I’ll review your request and get back to you with availability, estimated pricing, and a projected timeline.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before I begin work on your custom order.
The remaining balance is due before your piece is shipped. Payments can be made securely through Helcim or PayPal.
Design Proofs & Approvals
Depending on the complexity of your request, I may send photos or sketches for your approval before completing the final piece. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
Processing Times
Custom orders generally take 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on materials and design complexity. I’ll provide an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed.
Cancellations & Returns
Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once work has begun.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can review your case and provide a suitable solution.
Shipping
All custom pieces are shipped with the same care and attention as standard orders. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
