International delivery times vary depending on customs and carrier processing times.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are beyond my control.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. I will do my best to assist where possible.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
